Dry-cured bison and pork sausage from Quebec is a tasty snack on the go that can be stored at room temperature. It's handcrafted and dried for a long time, allowing fermentation to enhance the meat's flavors. Perfect for your wine and cheese at the top of Mount Hereford or as a snack at the end of a mountain bike tour.

Format: approximately 70g per sausage and 50g per péperette

Sausage can be stored for 1 year at room temperature from the packaging date. It is possible that the sausage will become covered in white, which is called bloom. Traditionally made sausages are made with a culture that allows it to ferment. The bloom is safe to eat, but if you wish, you can wipe it with a cloth or remove the casing.

Scott Dry Sausage : Its light star anise flavor and spicy kick make it our top pick for dipping into cheese fondue. It's slightly spicy!

Franceville Dry Sausage : Its flavor is garlicky and peppery. This mild sausage is a perfect outdoor snack! It's also available in a smoked version!

Mild Victoria dry sausage : Its fennel flavor and slightly spicy side are a perfect balance of flavors!

Ingredients: Bison, pork, salt, skimmed milk powder, dextrose, sugar , spices, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite, lactic acid culture.

St-Joseph dry sausage : Its aromas of red wine and pepper make it a perfect companion to cheese platters.

Broussailles Dry Sausage : With the addition of La Tomme des Broussailles cheese from the Fromagerie des Broussailles located in Martinville, this sausage has an excellent flavor of goat cheese, garlic and pepper.
