Made from a rib section, Korean-style sliced short ribs are a cut about 1/4 inch thick that's marinated and then grilled for a Korean barbecue. Also called Korean short ribs or kalbi ribs, these grilled ribs should be avoided overcooking to prevent them from becoming too tough. The Asian flavors combined with bison will take you from continent to continent!
Cooking: This piece should be grilled after marinating for 12 to 24 hours. Cook over very high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
